Must have a can-do attitude and an energizing work ethic. Responsible for all front of the house (FOH) and back of the house (BOH) guest relations, scheduling/supervision, safety and pace. Must be able to create a fun, sports ambiance while providing excellent products and outstanding service. Will support and work with all members of the management team to build restaurant sales/profitability and ensure employee/guest satisfaction while upholding the integrity of the concept.
Achieves financial goals and ensures the restaurant meets or exceeds all functional standards including cleanliness, atmosphere, service, guest interaction, execution of food and beverage, and accounting (sales, purchases, inventory, payroll, etc.).
Exhibit good judgment and great motivational skills in a leadership role with staff. Exhibit sense of urgency and commitment to the company motto:

We are the Hooters franchisee for the greater Philadelphia area, New Jersey, Delaware and Rhode Island. In addition to our fourteen Hooters locations, we also operate the Firewaters concept and additional bar/restaurant concepts.
